She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Creel Rigney and Marrell Crane Rigney; and her husband Lonnie Ray Mills. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Mills of Waynesboro, MS, Malcolm Mills (Samantha) of Waynesboro, MS and Meridith Mills of Dayton, TN; and her sisters, Elaine Frith (Butch) of Robertsdale, AL, Brenda Childress (Paul) of Loxley, AL and Marcell Davis.
