He was predeceased by: his father Oscar A. Williams, Sr.; his wife Patricia "Pat" Williams; his mother Dora E. Williams,; his siblings, Hershel "Lit" Williams, Prentis Ray Williams, Hugh Wayne Williams, Mable Snellgrove, Masie Langley, Grace Burgess, Mary Styron and Lillie Williams; and his great grandchildren, Zoey Hilverding and Kolby Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Williams of Waynesboro, MS, Clifford Williams (Rene) of Waynesboro, MS, Chris Williams (Jennifer) of Branford, FL, Bryan Williams (Selena) of Laurel, MS, Sandra Williams of Waynesboro, MS, Janet Headlee of Waynesboro, MS, Trisha Williams of Waynesboro, MS, Jennifer Jordan (Nickey) of Buckatunna, MS and Connie Williams of Waynesboro, MS; and his sister Ann Foxworth (Louis) of Waynesboro, MS.. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
