He is survived by: his children, Craig McCarty (Vanessa), Tillmon McCarty (Regina) and Amanda Parker (Robert); his brother Travis McCarty of Waynesboro, MS; and his grandchildren, Matthew McCarty (Joslin), Ryan McCarty, Bridgette Jordan (Jeremy), Corey McCarty (Christy), Alex McCarty, Reggie Parker (Camille), Lakisha West (Robert), Brandi Freeman (Dustin) and Brianna Smith (Kaleb). He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Little Rock Assembly of God Church (17 Little Rock Rd, Waynesboro, MS 39367). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
