He is survived by: his wife Louise Burch Parsons; his children, Jane Hudgens (Steve) and Thomas Parsons (Tracey); his daughter-in-law Pam Parsons; his grandchildren, Jeremy Thompson (Penny), Belinda Thompson, William Parsons, Taylor Parsons and Grasey Parsons; his great grandchildren, Sean Pearce (Autumn), Morgan Thompson (Tressie), Peyton Thompson (Kourtney), Garrett Pearce, Alexandra "Lexie" Pearce and Elizabeth "Lu" Pearce; his great great grandchildren, Milo Thompson, Brandon Pearce, Truitt Thompson and Vivian Thompson; his siblings, Elaine Aldridge, Mary Hamilton (Robert), Ann Walker and Wayne "Buddy" Parsons; and his brother-in-law James McDonald.
