Julius Bentley McCarroll Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julius Bentley McCarroll of Wesson, Mississippi, who passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Julius Quincy McCarroll; and his stepfather Joeseph Lamonte. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Stubbs Lamonte; his wife Dana McCarroll; his children, Lindsey D. Byrd (Taylor), C. J. Duckworth (Candace), Ben McCarroll (Madison) and Summer M. Bonnecaze (Wayne); his siblings, Sam Lamonte, Joe Lamonte (Robin), Sandra L. Sherman (Joe) and Lisa M. Barnett (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Liam Byrd, Landon Byrd, Jax McCarroll, Beau McCarroll, Ledger Bonnecaze and Bennett Bonnecaze. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews and 6 great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sylvarena Baptist Church (1119 Old Sylvarena Rd, Wesson, MS 39191).
