She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Lambert and Louise Lambert; her son Fred Wayne McCullough; her grandson Brett Foster; her brothers, Jackie Lambert and Jimmy Lambert; and her half-brother Bobby Dale Ruby.
She is survived by: her husband Fred McCullough; and her daughter Melinda Foster.
