He is survived by: his wife Mary Carolyn Lewellen; his daughters, Lona Rosetti (Tony), Suzanne Wallace (Querk), Lori Wicks (Rocco), Zandy Bernegger (Mark) and Susan Ervin (Chad); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Zepponi (Fred), Andrew Dichiara (Abbey), Laura Heard (Sykes), Savannah Griffith (Eric), Lilyanne Alissandratos (Jared), Emma Wallace (Landon), Kyle Wicks, Maddie Wicks, Paige Jeter (Josh), Tayler Knowles (William) and Carly Darnell (Kyle); his niece Myra Kennedy; and his nephew David McElwain. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
