Flora Estes Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 15, 2025, at the age of 83, Flora Estes (West Point, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wayne Gwathney and Garvis Robertson Gwathney; her husband Robert'Bobby'Earl Estes; and her brother Wayne Gwathney. She is survived by: her son David Estes (Teresa) of West Point; her brothers, Kenneth Gwathney, Gene Gwathney and Gary Gwathney; and her grandchildren, Layne Flanders, Corbett Estes, Crosby Miller and Carley Estes. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
