With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Michael Collins in West Point, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2026 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Collins and Margaret Collins. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Christina Flores (Nick) of Starkville, Tanya Jennings (Duston) of West Point and Justin (Katie) of Sturgis; his grandchildren, Rylie Claire, Skylar, Kaiden, Colin, Sarah and Asher; and his sister Claudine Walters. He is also survived by one niece and nephew.
Memorial donations can be made to the Mississippi Firefighters Association.
