We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2025, at the age of 69, Larry McCary (West Point, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Larry departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Larry. Though Larry may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry McCary and Anna Edwards McCary; and his siblings, Eva Landess and Paul McCary. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Ruth P. McCary of West Point and Joe Landess of South Carolina.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:00 AM at the Memorial Garden Cemetery West Point (98 Hazelwood Rd, West Point, MS 39773). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
