He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Frye and Alice Frye; and his son Jay. He is survived by: his wife Annie Goodson Frye; his children, Barry, Mary Beth (Peter) and Sallie (Eric); his brother Edward (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Jimmy Taggart, Joe Taggart, Pettus Taggart, Criss Taggart, Jonathan Charles Taggart, Dean Taggart, Jona, Jeri Jo and Michelle White; and his granddaughter Lily.
