She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Conn and Carol West. She is survived by: her husband William'Billy'Simpson of West Point; her sons, Randy Simpson (Lauren) of West Point and Bruce Simpson (Brittany) of West Point; her siblings, Roger West, Jr., Kenneth Conn, Charles Conn, Darla Estes, Brenda Wilson and Debbie Benefield; her stepfather Roger West, Sr.; her grandchildren, Brock Simpson, William'Ollie'Simpson, Gresham Simpson and Lowen Simpson; and her close friends, Victor Brooks, Betsey Bates and Melanie Elmore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
