He is survived by: his siblings, Eve Houston (Gregory) of Jackson, Mississippi, Lois Burton (Michael) of Humble, Texas, Dr. Katie Ruth Blair of Columbus, Billy Wayne Blair and John M. Blair of West Point. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, and friends.
