He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Alvis Kisner and Mable Adele Holmes Kisner. He is survived by: his wife Kay Vest Kisner of West Point; his children, Adam Kisner (Tanya), Glendon Kisner (Rebecca), Graham Hamlin (Shannon), Monica Goff (John) and Beth Hamlin; his siblings, Gary Kisner (Lynn) and Janis Smith (George); and his siblings-in-law, Billy Vest (Annette), Gay Davis (Andy) and Cindy Reed. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
