With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sam Wiggs (West Point, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 17, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Sam shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sam farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wiggs and Robbie Mayhan; and his siblings, Hosie Wiggs, Joe Wiggs, Jimmie Dee Wiggs and Particia Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Wiggs; his son Lamar Pee; and his siblings, Robert Wiggs, Larry Wiggs, Shirley Hebbard and Louise Smith. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home (869 E Broad St, West Point, MS 39773). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
