He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wiggs and Robbie Mayhan; and his siblings, Hosie Wiggs, Joe Wiggs, Jimmie Dee Wiggs and Particia Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Wiggs; his son Lamar Pee; and his siblings, Robert Wiggs, Jerry Wiggs, Larry Wiggs, Shirley Hebbard and Louise Smith. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
