He was predeceased by: his parents, Jurney Randolph McKibben and Carolyn Jeannette Norris McKibben; his brother William Christopher McKibben; and his nephews, Michael Thomas and Charlie McKibben.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sam McKibben and Cissy McKibben; his uncle James'Sonny'Norris; his siblings' children, Rose Newman, Elizabeth McKibben, Jurney McKibben III of Melissa Servin and T. J. Thomas; and his goddaughter Nicole Hoover. He is also survived by 15 great nieces and nephews; 2 great-great nieces.
