We are sad to announce that, on January 28, 2024, at the age of 84, Mavelene Lindsey of Wheeler, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Lindsey; her parents, George Woodruff and Velma Woodruff; and her siblings, Louise White and Pete Woodruff.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Lindsey (Elisha) of Guntown, Jan Criswell (John) of Wheeler and Nan Nanney (Eric) of Baldwyn; her grandchildren, Riley Criswell (Christy), Brooke Lindsey, Kali Nanney, Reagan Christian (Logann), Chloe Nanney, Josh Null, Monica Porterfield Erika (Patrick), Nick Sanders and Shane Sanders (Chasity); her great grandchildren, John Clark, Indie Criswell, Parks Christian, Carson, Case Null, Brayden Daniels, Iva, Ada, Ona Robertson, Alden, Randall Sanders and Anna Rose Work; her sisters, Loreda Harrison (Mike), Marie Maxey, Brenda Cochran (Danny) and Glenda Alexander (Wayne); her nephew Pete Lindsey; and her friend Betty Glover.
