She was predeceased by: her parents, Jules Langhauser and Antoinette Langhauser; and her husband Ed Gornak. She is survived by: her sister Berna McEvoy of Pueblo, Colorado; her son Mike Gornak (Catherine); and her grandchildren, Michael Gornak and Kaleigh Gornak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
