He was predeceased by: his father Billy Ray Cooley Sr.; and his grandparents, Clint, Almeda Smith, Ess and Stella Cooley.
He is survived by: his mother Mary L. Cooley of Wiggins; his sister Martha Lamey; and his significant other Becky Butler. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Janice Cemetery.
