He was predeceased by: his parents, Olson J. Smith and Lillie Brown Smith; his wife Betty Lois Smith; and his brother Arnold B. Smith. He is survived by: his children, Lillian Guillot (John), Elisa Franco (Carl), Roan Smith, Valerie Acker and Brian Smith.
