He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harvey Patrick and Lois Evelyn Wanzer. He is survived by: his wife Debra Patrick; his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Tiarra Patrick; his grandchildren, Ava, Shaila, Breanna, Marci, Chaz, Zac, Avery and Cade; and his stepdaughters, Amber and Misty. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
