He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spell and Gertrude McDonnell Spell; and his brother James William Spell. He is survived by: his daughter Lee Ann Smith (Chris) of Perkinston, MS; his brothers, Allen Spell (Debra) of Wiggins, MS and Joel Spell (Janis) of Oloh, MS; and his grandchildren, Kierston Smith, Emma Smith and Braxton Smith. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
