He was predeceased by : his former life partner Phyllis Cochran; his daughter Lautain Lott; his parents, Burke Cochran and Pearlie Cochran; and his sisters, Pearlie Knight and Barbara Williams.
He is survived by : his wife Joan Cochran of Wiggins; his sons, Greg Cochran (Dana) of Wiggins and Bradley Cochran (Stephanie) of Hattiesburg; and his sisters, Bea Anderson of Gulfport and Shirley Clay of Wiggins. He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
