He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin Long and Velma Long; and his parents-in-law, Elder Paul Boone and Helen Boone. He is survived by : his wife Linda Boone Long of Dixie Community; his children, Rebecca Long Hatfield (Claud) of Ashville, Michael Long, Stephen Long, Wayne Long (Carol) and Eric Long of Petal, Mississippi; his brothers, Timothy Long of Anderson and Brian Long of Memphis, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Brooks, Kenzie, Haley, Jacob, Madison, Miya, Anthony, Rachel, Jennifer, Regina, Matthew, Jewel, Mason, Ginger, Annelise and Madilyn. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; host of in laws, nieces, and nephews.
