She is survived by : her children, Lanny Daves, Pete Formica, Anthony Formica, Mary Ann Formica and Teresa Formica of Gulfport, MS; and her siblings, Larry Palmer and Shirley Isebell of Manila. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
