He is survived by: his wife Rebecca White Pipkins; his siblings, Janice Pipkins Jeske (Robert), Deborah Pipkins Harkins (Frank) and Richard Lee Pipkins; his children, Shannon Pipkins Chisholm, Willis Houston Pipkins, Jr., Brittany Saucier and Alexandra White Johnson (Garrett); his grandchildren, Seleste, Kate and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Aiden, Addison and Phoenix; Kathy Cannon Pipkins. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
