He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Blaylock and Montee Collins Blaylock; and his sister Lillian Blaylock Scott. He is survived by: his spouse Babye Ruth Woods; his sons, Gary Blaylock (Charlotte) of Greenville, Jackie Blaylock (Janet) of Carrollton, Rodney Blaylock (Mel) of Greenville and Benjamin Blaylock (Tiffany) of Portland, TN.; and his grandsons, Keith Blaylock, Dean Blaylock, Wade Blaylock, Taylor Blaylock, Skylar Blaylock, Paten McDaniel and Lee Blaylock. He is also survived by his wife of sixty-nine years: four sons: twelve grandchildren: twenty-six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
