He was predeceased by: his parents, James Collins and Bonnie Matthews Collins; and his sister Barbara Gail Collins. He is survived by: his wife Linnie M. Parker Collins of Winona; his children, Michael Shannon Collins (Casey) of Richmond Hill, GA, Stacey Collins Foster (Andy) of Wesley Chapel, FL and Tonya Renea Keeton (Joshua) of Callahan, FL; and his siblings, Larry Collins (Judy) of Winona, Deborah Miller (Dennis) of Winona and Bonnie Collins of Winona. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
