She is survived by: her children, Stacey Oeltjenbruns (Mark) of Colorado and Kenny Hale (Cathy) of Carroll County; her brothers, Roger Winters (Nancy) of Charleston, Billy Wayne Winters of Senatobia and Albert Winters of Henderson, KY; and her grandchildren, Brandon Oeltjenbruns, Tyler Oeltjenbruns, Kaylie Frazier and Kendra Chase-Hale. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
