It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Loftin Permenter of Winona, Mississippi, who passed away on December 26, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Doc Loftin and Laura Loftin; her sisters, Reida Bouchillon and Reba Summers; and her son Derrick.
She is survived by: her husband Eddie Permenter; her children, Dale Stewart (Meghan), Eddie Permenter (Patti) and Daphne Fulce (Steve); her grandchildren, Nolan Stewart, Easton Stewart, Chris Permenter (Miranda), Wil Permenter, Sydney Sorrell and Brailey Palmer; her great grandchildren, Asher Permenter, Ryder Sorrell and Pacey Wilson; and her siblings, Kim Loftin (Rita), Kenny Loftin (Brenda) and Ruth Burrell (Ken). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
