He is survived by: his wife Myra Johnston Welch of Winona; his children, Rhyan Welch Nixon (Stephen) of Winona and Chase Welch (Bree) of Water Valley; his siblings, Jill Welch Yates (Jerry) of Winona, Bruce Welch of Winona, Keith Welch of Jackson and Scott Welch (Stephanie) of Grenada; and his grandchildren, Silas Welch of Water Valley and Roslyn Welch of Water Valley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
