She was predeceased by: her parents, Simpson Vance and Mildred Evans Vance; and her son-in-law Trent Lott. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Johnson (Ricky), Amanda Lott, Melinda Dunn, Shannon Dunn (Robyn) and Timmy Dunn; her siblings, Carrol Lindsey, Helen Gregg and Jimmy Vance; her close friend John Hodges; and her pet Dixie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
