She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lenoil Woods, Sr. and Glendora Arbuckle Woods; her granddaughter Stephanie Nabors Ferguson; and her siblings, Elizabeth Woods Lott, Lorene Woods Sanders, Lenoil Woods, Jr. and Emmitt Woods.

She is survived by: her children, Patsy Louise Martin, Glyndle Sue Lott (Bonnie) of Winona and Jerry Charles (Bud); her grandchildren, Mark Evans Martin (Mary Ann), Lee Andrew Martin (Jennifer), Teresa Nabors Green (James), Laura Martin Ables (Marty) and Erica Culpepper (Jay); her brother Frank Woods of Elkhart; and her pet Smokey. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
