He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnie Preston and Elva Rea Trussell Harris; and his sister Theresa Harris. He is survived by: his wife Carol Harris of Winona; his children, Helen Trotter (Colby) and Chris Harris (Laquisha); his sister Jaine Bartlett; and his grandson Ethan.
