She is survived by: her son Nickolas Lester (Wilma); her grandchildren, Javin Weathersby (Cashay), Sir Cooley, Whispah Lester and Symur Lester; her great grandchildren, Tia Griffin and Zahara Moody; her siblings, Melvin Petty (Lisa), Charles Christian (LaDonna) and Gwendolyn Petty; her nieces, Lisa Johnson (Johnny), Latia Butts (Harvey) and Laneda Owens; and her close friend Teresa Lockhart. She is also survived by many cousins, friends, and former co-workers.
