She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Wayne and Vera Eldridge Fowler; her son William Shawn Mann; and her siblings, Brenda Herbert and Jimmy Wayne Fowler, II.
She is survived by: her sons, Kelly Steven Evans of Omaha, NE, Kevin Wayne Evans of Winona and Kenneth Dale King (Cherish McKay) of Grenada; and her sister Linda Fowler Turner of Winona. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
