She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Preston and Leola Youngblood Pullen; her former husband James Orville Cook; her husband Jesse Lee Orsborn; and her siblings, Mary Faith Morgan, Maxie Pullen and Mickey Pullen.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica LaNene Orsborn Barker (Ron) of Grenada, Glennis Cook (Sandy) of Cedarville, AR, Lennis Cook (Mary) of Baton Rouge and Thomas Cook of Winona. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
