He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Thomas and Dolly Corrine Tullos Noah; his brother Luther Noah; and his brother-in-law Danny Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Goss Noah of Winona; his children, Wendy Williams (Howie) of Coffeeville, Wiley Thomas Noah Jr. (Tabitha) of Wheeler, Michael Noah (Kathy) of Vaiden and Jason Noah (Jennifer) of Bogalusa, LA; his sisters, Betty Noah Goss (Jimmy) of Water Valley and Bonnie Jean Noah Ramsey of Blue Springs; and his sister-in-law Tina Noah (Danny Havens) of Maben. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
