He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Ray Dobbins and Jewell Johnson Dobbins; and his brother David Allen Dobbins. He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Paul Dobbins (Nikki) of Elizabethtown, KY, Charles Ray Dobbins (Angela) of Sturgis, MS and Hettie Mae Hendrix (Lynn) of Indian Land, SC; his stepchildren, Tonja Stevens Brassfield (Dewayne) of Houston and Jason Stevens of Houston; his former wife Beverly Gwen Dobbins; and his grandchildren, Patrick Stevens, Kailey Dendy (Hunter) and Joseph Stevens. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
