She was predeceased by: her husband Perrin Dickerson, Sr. (Forrest H. "Pete"); her parents, George Wesley and Ruby Byrd Clanton; her brothers, Charles Wesley Clanton, Sr. and Roy Donald Clanton; her great grandchild Zayden Davis; and her nephew Charles Wesley Clanton, Jr. (Janie).
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Sowell (Jimmy), Phyllis Lutz (David), Edna Brown (Bubba), Perrin Dickerson (Jacque) and Larry Capps (Dianne); and her siblings, Allie Weaver, Freda Lester, Peggy Stegall and Bobby Rufus Clanton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
