He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Robert Milligan and Ida Mae Kratz Milligan; his wife Helen Reese; his nephew Dale Milligan; his children, Bill (Cindy), Jerry (Pam), Mike (Lanette) and Terri Tippets of Pescadero, California; his grandchildren, Lauren, Katie and Matt Tippets; and his siblings, Dorothy Lawson and Robert Milligan. He was also cherished by his three great-grandchildren.
