He is survived by: his spouse Terry Slovacek; his former wife Terry Clark; his children, John Clark (Tabitha Utz), Valerie Kober (Tim) and Debbie Wixsten (Randy); his grandchildren, Jared, Josh Clark, Michael (Mary Wang), Alex (Jasmine Busche), Andrew Kober (Emma Funk), Eric (Whitney), Sean, Travis and Amanda Wixsten; his great grandchildren, Ella, Wyatt Wixsten, Conley, Vincent and Bennett Kober; his brother-in-law Larry Finnegan; his siblings, Robert Clark (Nancy), Mary Lou Furaus (Jim), Larry Clark (Barbara), Barbara Whittaker (Dan), Janice Sweeney (Tom), Jerry Clark, Susan Clark, Laureen Hensley (Rob) and Pat Domitrovich (Sandy); and his sisters-in-law, Fran Galvin, Julie Slovacek and Sonja Clark.
