He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ford; his child Benji Moore; his grandchildren, Kori and Kimber; his children, TJ and Maddie Ford; his grandchildren, Wilder, Montana, Cheyenne, Kailey, Savannah, Shellby, Jonathan, Chloe, Ryland, Wyatt, Jason Ford, Ricky, Callie, Leah, Alex, Jessica Ford, Gracie, Peyton, Amanda Fischer and Jared; and his sisters, Joy and Judy.
