He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Baird and Irene Lasky Baird; and his sister Beverly "Sweet" Schwartzenberger. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sister Sue Gardner (Mel); his siblings-in-law, Carol Reed (Kevin) and Steve Wham (Tammy); and his nephews, Ron Gardner (Tammi), John Gardner (Lydia), Joe Schwartzenberger (Laurie), Daniel Kindred, Derek Wham and Dustin Wham.
