He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Tarkalson (Margaret "Maggie" Ricci Tarkalson) and Maggie Tarkalson; and his son Kevin Tarkalson (Norma Indendi Tarkalson). He is survived by: his children, Ebony, Kurt (Shantu Tarkalson), Toni Snapp and Terri (Donald Summers); and his caregiver Virginia Williford.
