She is survived by: her husband Clifford Welch; her son Ed Welch (Debbie) of Augusta, MT; her grandchildren, Amee Welch of Nocatee, FL and Brendan Welch of Satellite Beach, FL; her great grandchild Tyler Welch; and her son Jay Welch.
Memorial donations can be made in Joyce's name to the Augusta American Legion or Montana.
