He was predeceased by: his father John Heberling; and his mother-in-law Sharon Sampognaro. He is survived by: his mother Marie Heberling (Norwood); his wife Lynette Sampognaro; his sister Klondy Phillippi (Mark); and his stepdaughters, Ariel Martin (Trent) and Shelby Sweeney.
