He is survived by: his wife Valerie Bolitho; his brother David Bolitho (Robin); his brother-in-law Richard Day; his nephews, Marc Bolitho (Leigh) and David Day (Rachel); and his niece Christina Pahl (Jeff). He is also survived by three great-nephews and three great-nieces.
