He is survived by: his wife Susan Newbold; his children, Kasi Burbank (Travis), Stephanie McQuillan (Lloyd), April Newbold (Ernie), Albrie Miller, Jason Boyd and Brandon Edwards; and his siblings, Diane Sibson, Debbie Hendrix, Bob Birch (Cookie), David Hendrix and Darren Hendrix. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
