He is survived by: his wife Brittany; his children, Ashley Maxson Lambert (Nate), Aiden Michael, Wyatt Allen, Joshua Allen Maxson and Violet Alexandra Maxson (Montana); and his parents, Ned Victor and Judith Allen Maxson of Bozeman, Montana.. He is also survived by his family, many friends.
